Website Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using the pages in this site, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this site.
 
Reservations
To reserve package fill out booking form completely and email back to Get in the Game USA. Bookings received require immediate full payment. We recommend purchasing cancellation and trip interruption insurance, which is available through Get in the Game USA. Visa and MasterCard accepted. All prices are subject to change until booking form, signed and returned with full payment information, is received via fax or mail. We will reserve space up to 7 days with a fully completed form which may exclude credit card and signature. By paying Get in the Game USA you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions provided on this page and on your confirmation.
 
Booking Forms and Package Price
Land portion of the program includes all features listed on the package page. No person may occupy accommodations held by Get in the Game USA unless that person has prepaid for said accommodations. Roll-away beds are subject to an extra charge paid directly to the hotel. No refund is made for unused package features. Car rentals do not include state/local/airport/additional driver/child safety seat/refueling service surcharges/fees, LDW, ALI, PAI or PEP. Personal expenses such as phone calls, room service, alcoholic and bar beverages, laundry and incidental expenses are not included. Smoking on motor coaches is prohibited and in rooms unless special arrangements have been made and agreed upon by Get in the Game USA.
 
Cancellations
Get in the Game USA division of Palm Beach County Cruise and Travel, Inc. may assess a 15% of base price per person fee as a result of any changes/cancellation of this transaction. I agree to pay all charges fees, and/or penalties, and hereby hold Palm Beach County Cruise and Travel free of any claims made as a result of the changes/cancellation of this travel reservation. No refunds of insurance will be given seven days after policy is issued.
 
Documents
Written confirmation will be issued after full payment has been received. Travel documents are issued at least one (1) week before departure. If ticket is included in package, event tickets will be delivered no later than the day of the event. Should a Get in the Game USA package client wish to receive their event tickets earlier, the client may be required to pay an additional charge (which will vary depending on the event) in advance to cover the expenses incurred by Get in the Game USA to secure the event tickets early. Cost of expedited delivery or special handling will be charged to client. Tickets to all events will be issued in pairs, as odd numbers (and larger blocks) of tickets cannot be guaranteed. Specific ticket locations may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed.
 
Responsibility
Get in the Game USA is not responsible for any delays of transportation which may cause package members to miss any events of the package. The suppliers who are providing services are independent contractors and are not principals, agents, employees, master, servants, representative, partners or joint ventures of Get in the Game USA. Get in the Game USA assume no responsibility nor any liability in connection with the service of any of these suppliers including train, vessel, carriage, aircraft or other conveyance or hotel which is used, either wholly or in part in the performance of its duty to the passengers, neither will they be responsible for any act, error or omission or for any injury, loss, accident, delay, irregularity or expense arising from strikes, war, weather, quarantines, sickness, government restrictions or regulations, Act of God, or any other reason whatsoever. Get in the Game USA reserves the right to terminate the event participation of any person who is abusive of others or whose behavior disrupts the operation of the package. Get in the Game USA cannot provide individual assistance to guests for wheelchairs, walking, dining or other personal needs. Any condition or disability requiring special attention must be reported to Get in the Game USA at time of booking and we will advise hotels of any special requests but they cannot be guaranteed. Persons needing such assistance must be accompanied by an able companion who will assist them provided they pay the package costs. In case any event is postponed due to inclement weather or other factors beyond our control, no refunds will be made and participants will be responsible for alternate accommodations and/or travel arrangements. Additional expenses or fare revisions, if any, shall be borne by the passengers, conversely, refund will be made to the passengers if any saving is effected thereby. NASCAR rules state that you must be 16 years of age and a dress code applies to access the pit area. Open toed shoes, tank or halter tops, short pants and coolers are not allowed on pit road and is the decision of the security guards at the access gate. NASCAR controls the opening and closing of pit road including safety and weather factors and we can not be responsible if you are not able to access pit road. Credit card payments: Program participant agrees not to charge back any bank charges against his/her credit card for products and services rendered by Get in the Game USA and received by program participant. Get in the Game USA reserves the right to apply a $20 charge for a disputed chargeback resolved in Get in the Game USA favor. This is the amount Get in the Game USA is charged by the credit card processing company to research any charge backs. Any disputes and discrepancies must be made in writing within 30 days of conclusion of event. Further, any claims that may arise must be filed in Broward County, FL exclusively. The right is reserved to substitute hotels, and alter the itinerary or reverse the places to be visited. The right is reserved to cancel the package anytime prior to departure. If any package must be withdrawn prior to the passengers joining the package, Get in the Game USA liability is limited to a refund of monies received by Get in the Game USA.

Get in the Game USA is not responsible for vendor non-performance.

Payment of deposit or full payment shall constitute consent to all provisions stated herein. Get in the Game USA is not affiliated with or endorsed by any amateur or professional sporting or festival organization, hotels, etc.
 
Reservation Terms & Conditions
All reservations for travel with Get in the Game USA must be made by completing and returning signed booking form to Get in the Game USA via fax to 954-467-9987 or mailing them to Get in the Game USA 333 Las Olas Way, 1407, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions on your confirmation. Any modification or variance from the package or confirmation must be in writing and signed by an officer of Get in the Game USA. Get in the Game USA strongly encourages, but does not require, the purchase of travel insurance for all packages.
